Draghi to speak at the top of the hour
Mario Draghi is due to speak in his capacity as Chair of the Group of Governors and Heads of Supervision in a press conference for the Bank of International Settlements.
Given the role and the topic, he's highly unlikely to speak about ECB monetary policy.
