Stocks now higher on the day
The S&P 500 fell as low as 2039 in early trading but it's bounced back and is trading close to flat at 2050.
The index rallied 17 points on Monday but gave it all back Tuesday and has been sliding since. Earlier today it touched the lowest since April 12 but support at the April lows and the 55-day moving average provided a lift.
