Near unchanged level
The S&P index is now up 1.5 points or 0.07% at 2270. The low extended to 2260.83.
The Nasdaq index is down nearly unchanged after being down nearly 25 points at the low.
The Dow - which has been more supported - is up about 60 points or +0.30%.
US bond yields have moved back higher too. The 10 year yield which fell as low as 2.3267% and enjoyed a robust auction, is back up to 2.3667% - down about 1 bp. It was about 4 bps at the low yield level for the day.
